Our café layout features filtration and double-door airlocks to maintain hygienic café conditions and prevent cross-contamination of allergens or odors.

Because the café and cats have separate air systems, we have a fully licensed and operating gourmet café on the premises that serves a menu of hot and cold food prepared fresh instead of being limited to selling only packaged goods. Powered by the Minch Coffee brand, and its dedicated, experienced founders, Suzanne and Mathias Bernal, the built-in cafe becomes another important focal point for service and growth.
